Smart Hydrological Monitoring System

To ensure the stable and efficient operation of the city's "water cycle lifeline," Maxon has dedicated itself to creating an integrated water management system. This system provides comprehensive monitoring of the entire process, from water intake and purification to water distribution, enabling integrated management of the city's water supply system.

Water Supply System Safety Monitoring and Analysis

Maxon utilizes high-frequency pressure sensors with IP68 protection rating, combined with Maxon industrial-grade AP/bridges and monitoring systems, to online monitor pipeline pressure values, assess the impact of pressure changes on the pipe network, and analyze and identify high-risk (prone to pipe bursts) pipelines or areas. It also analyzes the source of hazardous pressure transients and takes appropriate measures. 

Long-Distance Water Pipeline Monitoring

For pipeline leak detection, SmartBall devices are deployed in the water pipelines to accurately collect acoustic data of leakage points.  Using a wireless transmission network built with Maxon industrial-grade AP/bridges (MX5011B series and MX6022A series), real-time monitoring and early warning of leakage signals are achieved, providing technical support for rapid response measures.

For pipeline structural safety monitoring, PipeDiver is used for internal pipeline inspection.  Using Maxon industrial-grade AP/bridges with IP68 ultra-high protection rating, wire break detection data is transmitted in real-time to the cloud platform via directional long-distance transmission, enabling continuous assessment of pipeline structural health and risk warning.
